Özasker Construction is a building company in Kyrenia, North Cyprus. We design and build villas and apartment buildings, and we run the work on site ourselves.

Our story
We're a Kyrenia builder led by Murat Özasker. Our roots are in the site trades, so the people who plan your home are the people who build it, floor by floor, until the day you move in.
Built by our own crews
Formwork, steel, roofing and plaster are the trades we started in. We still run them ourselves.
One team, start to finish
Plot, permits, structure, finishes and handover, with the same people answering your calls.
Rooted in Kyrenia
An office in town and projects from Lapta and Alsancak to Beylerbeyi and Esentepe.
